How to book Land Space (Real Stae Project) |
|
|
You may pay an amount of Rs. 50,000/- and above for the total amount of the
Residential / Ag. Land Space (1000 Sq. Ft. and above, Non-Refundable but
Transferable for Land Space) for which an ID will be provided. However the
balance amount has to be paid (with in 3 months in regular interval of 30 days)
to avail the Land Space of his/her choice as per the prevailing rates. The land
registration will be made within 90 days from the date of full payment and land
registry fee (20% extra cost for corner land space) You will be eligible for all
welfare facilities provided by the Company.
WHAT SIGMA COLONISER IS GIVING:
